This is the lower cover
The black shell that wraps beneath the exterior mirror housing. It replaces the existing lower shell and fits around the mirror arm.
What stays on your car
Your mirror glass, painted upper cap and working electric components. This item contains one lower cover; glass, motors and a complete mirror assembly are separate parts.

Identify the lower shell
Check the underside of the mirror. Match the curved opening and outer profile to the product photographs.
Choose left or right
View the car from your seat, facing forward. Left (LH) fits the left mirror; Right (RH) fits the right mirror. On a left-hand-drive car, LH is the driver side and RH is the passenger side.

Molded retaining tabs and a shaped inner edge locate the cover on the mirror housing. The matte black ABS exterior keeps the understated look of the lower trim.
Before fitting, compare the cover's outline and mounting points with the removed part. Make sure the mirror housing's attachment points are intact so the new shell can seat securely.

Protect the surrounding parts
Have a qualified installer release the damaged cover without forcing the mirror glass or upper shell. Access may require removing surrounding mirror components.
Align, then seat
Align the retaining tabs with the housing and seat the edges evenly. Stop and realign if a section resists; forcing a tab can break it.
Check before driving
Confirm the shell is secure, the edges are seated and the mirror adjusts and folds normally.

Yes. This lower-cover selection fits Model Y 2020–2026, including Juniper. Choose Left (LH) or Right (RH) to match the damaged side.
Does it fit Model YL?
Yes. This lower mirror cover fits Tesla Model YL 2026 and later. Choose Left (LH) or Right (RH) to match the damaged side.
Is this the colored upper mirror cap?
This is the matte black lower shell beneath the mirror housing. If only your painted upper cap is damaged, choose an upper mirror cover instead. For Juniper, see our replacement upper mirror cover.
Will it fix a mirror that no longer folds or adjusts?
This cover repairs the exterior shell. If the mirror no longer folds or adjusts, have the mechanism diagnosed so you can select the appropriate repair or complete assembly.
Do I receive a pair?
You receive one cover for the side selected. To replace both sides, add one Left (LH) and one Right (RH) to your cart.
Is it a Tesla original part?
It is a new aftermarket replacement lower mirror cover offered by TESERY for compatible Model Y and Model YL vehicles.
Can I return it if I selected the wrong side?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt under our return policy. Keep the cover unused and in its original packaging, and contact us before sending it back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility under the policy.
