1. Handling Time
1) Usually orders after payment will be prepared in 48 working hours before shipping. When meet holidays or weekends, may have a little bit delay.
2) Some tools with brand label TESLA, warehouse workers may hide the label/sticker in the package box. If you didn't find the stickers, kindly contact TESERY online customers service for help.
2. Shipping Cost
1) Shipping cost depends on the package weight, size (volume weight), delivery area, and shipping company.
2) TESERY advises choosing the most suitable one for you when place an order, there are differences between shipping methods, shipping cost, and delivery time. Kindly choose the one you prefer.

3. Shipping Options
1) Express Shipping: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT express
2) Standard Shipping: EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail, etc.
Kindly Note:
1) When you choose Express or Standard Shipping, TESERY will choose the most suitable method for the shipment.
2) If you have any requirements on the specific shipping method, please kindly leave notes in your order.
3) After complete your order, you will get an email that needs you to confirm the shipping method and customs value, please kindly save TESERY mails in the white list.
4) Once the parcels send out, TESERY will update the tracking number on the website you will get an email with the tracking number directly.
5) You can track your parcel status via the below-tracking link accordingly.
4. Important Notice
1) NO TAX Shipment
For some EU countries, like United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, etc. We may choose some TAX-FREE channels for shipment. Shipping declared value we will write lower than real value.

2) EMS Shipment
For Russia, Brazil, etc. countries, TESERY may choose EMS as the default shipment directly. If you have chosen Express shipping or have special requirements, we will notify you via email.
Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different limitations on the delivery destination. For example, so far only EMS is available for Russia, but other shipping method likes DHL, UPS couldn't reach Russia. In this case, our customer service will provide you some instructions.
3) CUSTOMS TAX
It is every buyer's duty to pay for customs tax when purchasing goods from other countries.
Some countries may need a tax ID for shipment, to pass customs in such countries, you must add the customer's TAX ID to the shipping label.

4) PHONE NUMBER
Please kindly make sure you have provided the correct telephone number along with the shipping address, it's very important for delivery. The shipping company needs it to let you know your item arrives at your final address.
5) Remote Area
If your address is a remote area, there will be an extra remote cost (around 38usd) for the shipment.
